1. Color Selection: Product colors are selected at random and cannot be chosen unless otherwise stated.

2. Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 48 hours, subject to location and order volume.

3. No Same-Day Delivery: Immediate or same-day delivery is not available.

4. Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for all delivery fees.

5. Order Confirmation: Orders will only be processed after full payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information.

7. Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect details, any additional delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges: NO RETURN.

9. Product Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, customers will be contacted with a refund option.

10. Order Changes: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.

11. Payment Validation: Payment must be validated before an order is confirmed.

12. Product Images: Product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur depending on the manufacturer.
